Safety Support
We are dedicated to implementation of a key factors promoted by International Maritime Legislation. Whether your yacht is operating as commercial or private, minimum required standards must be followed in order to avoid any possible risks.

Safe and smooth operation of managed yacht is priority in our business philosophy. Keeping good and transparent communication between yacht crew and management team is essential when comes to safety support. We'll be continuously improving the vessel's safety and environmental protection system creating a link with those on board and designated person ashore as the person responsible for monitoring safety aspects of the operation of the managed vessel.

Commercial Management
In order to ensure the Owner's and Captain's peace of mind relating to the charter activity, we provide the commercial operation of the Vessel, as required by the Owners. Our company works according to the principle of individual approach to every client. This method lets us to get success in problems of all levels.

Accounting Services
By working closely with Captains, we offers analysis of financial situation of each yacht individually.

Insurance Arrangements
Source complete insurance packages for vessel and crew at competitive cost and arrange insurances in accordance with Insurance Policies Agreement on such terms and conditions as the Owners shall have instructed or agreed, in particular regarding conditions, insured values, deductibles and franchises.

Bunkering and Provisions
We have an opportunity to offer our clients most competitive bunkering and provisioning prices and a pleasure to organize and provide all related requirements and assistance.

Crew Management

Selecting and engaging the Vessel's Crew, including payroll arrangements, pension administration and insurances.
Training the Vessel's Crew, with a safety & security program, in conjunction with VT Flagship and MCA.
Ensuring that all applicable law requirements of the law of the Vessel's flag are satisfied in respect of manning levels, rank, qualification and certification of the Crew and employment regulations including Crew's tax, social insurance (addtionnal costs from insurance), discipline and other requirements.
Ensuring that all crew members have passed a maritime medical examination.
Ensuring that the Crew shall have a command of the English language (or other language required) of a sufficient standard to enable them to perform their duties safely.

Technical Management

Maintenance and technical follow-up in accordance with engineers and/or Yacht manager to anticipate incidents during periods of use, working alongside with crew members and Captains.
Provision of competent personnel to supervise the maintenance and general efficiency of the Vessel.
Arrangement and supervision of warranty work, dry docking, repairs, alterations and the upkeep of the Vessel to the standards required by the Owner.
Arrangement of the supply of necessary stores, spares, oil and fuel.
Arrangement of general equipment, Tender and Water sports.
Appointment of surveyors and technical consultants when necessary.

Fees, Terms & Conditions

Monthly Management Fees of €4000 + VAT (if applicable), for the following services:

Crew Administration
Accounting
Safety & security
Marine Operations

Suggested date of starting management agreement:
After survey and work list valid and budgeted by owner's representative.

Crew Employment Services: 3.5% of monthly salaries.
Due to new regulation a dedicated crew employment services may be required in some cases, which will involve crew services fee. This matter will be discussed further in more detail in case you decided to move forward.
